- Research, identify and reserve all appropriate event sites, tour or activity options.

- Work with florists, caterers, hotel staff, transportation companies, golf courses and any other component in keeping with your program needs.

- Secure entertainment for off-site events or hotel functions.
|
- Coordinate and manage all components of each event on-site, including venue, caterer, entertainment, staff, transportation, decor, etc.
|
- Arrange and coordinate any transportation including airport transfers or as required for events and activities.
|
- Organize all billing and invoices during and following the completion of the program.
