The first step in enjoying your program in Rhode Island is getting here! Newport Hospitality will coordinate Airport and Ground Transportation for your group's arrivals and departures. We will handle the airport manifest and act as the liason between you and the transportation company for all updates and changes.
There are various vehicles available, be it a motor coach or a private sedan. Regardless, each guest is treated as a VIP while they are transported to and from their hotel. Our uniformed Meet and Greet Staff will be on-site at the train station, airport and hotel to ensure a smooth transition and to assist your guests should any issues arise.
